ZOE Farms Co-Founder, Dustin Schnabel will personally guide you through the farm’s diversified operations system while you enjoy light appetizers and a cocktail. The Lucca staff will then welcome you to the spacious patio at our earth-sheltered home to enjoy a five-course meal and wine pairing. Throughout the evening, our staff will be available to answer your questions and share stories of life on the farm.

Five times through the growing season, we butcher the chickens we raise. This is the THIRD of the 2017 season. Our last butcher date for 2017 is October 7th. It is important to calculate how much chicken you will need until June 2018 (7months) and make your reservation accordingly. For instance: if your family plans eat one chicken per week on average, you will need about 30 chickens for the winter.
